Roadvia SMS/Text Messaging Policy
Roadvia text messages are optional, non-marketing service updates related to scheduled lessons and appointments.
Roadvia Learning LLC, doing business as Roadvia Driving School (“Roadvia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), may send text messages to students, parents, guardians, or other authorized contacts who provide a mobile telephone number and agree to receive text messages.
Types of Messages
Roadvia text messages are limited to non-marketing communications related to scheduled services, including:
- Appointment confirmations
- Upcoming lesson reminders
- Scheduling or time changes
- Pickup-location information
- Appointment cancellations or other important service updates
Roadvia will not use this consent to send sales, advertising, or promotional text messages.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By opting in, you authorize Roadvia to send service-related text messages to the mobile number you provided.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required to purchase lessons or other Roadvia services. Customers who do not opt in remain responsible for reviewing appointment information through email, the student portal, or direct communication with Roadvia.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on the number of scheduled appointments and whether appointment details change.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless plan.
Opting Out
You may stop receiving Roadvia text messages at any time by replying STOP to a Roadvia message.
Roadvia may send one final text confirming that your opt-out request was processed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages unless you provide consent again.
Roadvia will also honor other clear requests to stop receiving messages, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPT OUT, REVOKE, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel an appointment or remove your responsibility to attend, reschedule, or cancel according to Roadvia’s policies.
