No Refunds for Online Services

No refunds are provided for online services purchased unless the school publishes a different written policy.

Refund Requests Before First Lesson

If a student or customer requests a refund prior to the first scheduled lesson, the refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the school. Transaction or processing fees may apply.

Discontinuation of Packages

If a package is discontinued, credits for unused lessons remain subject to the school’s program validity rules.

Credit Transfer Policy

If the school allows credit transfers, any transfer remains subject to the original package validity period unless the school states otherwise in writing.
