Student Agreement

This student agreement applies to driver education, behind-the-wheel lessons, road test preparation, and related services.

Student and Parent/Guardian Responsibility

If the student is under 18, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms on behalf of the student and authorizes the student to participate in the school's services.

Permit or License Required

A student must bring a valid permit, license, or legal authorization to drive to every behind-the-wheel lesson. If the required document is missing, the lesson may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

Safety Rules

• Follow all instructor directions.
• Obey traffic laws.
• Wear corrective lenses if required.
• Notify the instructor if you feel unsafe, sick, distracted, or unable to continue.

Electronic Acceptance

This agreement may be accepted electronically during registration, scheduling, or payment, and may be stored with the student account.
