Terms of Service

Behind-the-Wheel Training

Please read these terms carefully.

These terms govern your use of services provided by this driving school.

Driving Instructors

  • Instructors are assigned and managed by the school, and lesson arrangements are administered through the school.
  • Instructor schedules, service delivery, and tuition collection remain under school oversight.

Student Registration and Lessons

  • Students create an account during registration and use it to manage scheduling, payments, and lesson information.
  • Lesson availability is first come, first served unless the school confirms otherwise.
  • Lessons are private one-student appointments unless the school explicitly provides a different service.
  • Students must disclose medical conditions, medications, or limitations that may affect safe driving.

Lesson Length and Readiness

  • Lesson locations are coordinated through the school and may vary by service area and instructor schedule.
  • Students are responsible for arriving with required permit, eyewear, and any other items needed to drive legally.
  • If a lesson ends early at the student or parent request, no automatic refund is guaranteed.

Fees and Payment

  • Package pricing, balances, fees, and charges shown by the school become due under the selected payment option.
  • No-show fees, late cancellation fees, certificate fees, and other operational charges may be added when applicable.
  • Balances remain due until recorded as paid by the school.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Students may be charged a fee for cancellations made too close to the scheduled lesson time.
  • If a student does not appear for a scheduled lesson, the school may mark the lesson as a no-show and assess a fee.
  • The school may reschedule lessons canceled by the school or instructor.

Program Completion

  • Program completion depends on lesson completion, legal eligibility, and any school compliance requirements.
  • Certificate issuance may require both completion of requirements and a zero balance.

Safety and Conduct

  • The school may refuse or stop service when a student is not fit to drive safely or behaves in an unsafe manner.
  • Students must wear safe footwear and follow instructor direction during lessons.

Traffic School and Other Services

If additional services are offered, separate program rules, deadlines, or eligibility requirements may apply.
